Most of our regulars aim to leave here at 11-ish, getting to the course at 11.15/11.20.   Much later, and you will hit the traffic.

Tariff:  2017 Cheltenham Races:

The prices are for bed and breakfast per room per night.

Each room has a beautiful bathroom en suite, and there is a tray laid out for you each

evening to enable you to make your own early morning refreshment in your room.

Biscuits, fresh fruit, spring water - and flowers, crisp white cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and bath- and hand-wash potions add to the pleasure of this exceptional accommodation.

The rooms are equipped with digital televisions and the Manor has WiFi internet access.

The legendary Elkstone full English Breakfast is served in the dining-room at 9.30.

For the races, the Manor has five double rooms as follows -

One double-bedded room @ £120

One double-bedded room @ £125,

One double-bedded room @ £160,

Two rooms (can be twin-bedded) @ £200 each

If you are a party of twelve, a sixth suite  (with 6’6” double bed) becomes available and the overall cost is £1000 for this exclusive use.


There are numerous eateries nearby, from gastropubs and ancient local inns to five-star restaurants in chic hotels

As a house guest, should you decide you want to have a light supper

one evening, something can always be arranged.
